Janco Damas – Director of Business Development
Based in South Florida, Janco serve as Director of Business Development at Owners Media, he drives client relationships, strategic partnerships, requirements gathering, and the delivery of tailored solutions. Prior to starting Owners Media, he was a VP of Programmatic Advertising at Ionik, a performance marketing technology company. Janco completed his BS at Florida State University, holds an MBA from Babson College, and an MS in Journalism from Boston University.

Harold Hidalgo – Full Stack Developer
Harold is a skilled full stack developer Based in Medellín, Colombia. He is fluent in modern web technologies across the entire stack. With expertise in tools like React, Vue, Tailwind CSS, Django, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Docker, and cloud platforms like Google Cloud and DigitalOcean.

Harold worked as an English teacher before pursuing his degree in Computer Science. His background brings a rare blend of technical depth and people-centered thinking to every project. He is our team lead for people development, recruiting technical talent, and project mapping.

Luis Marquez – Full Stack Developer & Quality Control Lead
Luis Marquez is a full stack developer based in Barranquilla, Colombia. His experience spans both frontend and backend development. Proficient in frontend technologies such as JavaScript, Vue.js, React, and backend frameworks like Python (Flask, FastAPI), offering a comprehensive approach to web application development. Beyond coding, he is dedicated professional with strong common sense and critical thinking. A proactive sense of urgency makes Luis a reliable resource for tackling complex technological challenges. He is our team lead for project quality control and scalability.
